We are dedicated to helping you keep a healthy heart, via a combination of cardio and resistance training. We offer Personal Training, Therapeutic Massage/Sports and Injury Rehabilitation and many different Classes (check out our classes page). We also have a great studio and offer Child Care for busy parents.
We have Machine Weights, Free Weights and Cardio Machines such as Treadmills, Exercise Bikes and Elliptical's, basically everything you need to put you through your paces.
We arent just a gym though. We also offer nutritional and lifestyle coaching.

Our gym is located in the downstairs portion of the Sheep River Centre in Black Diamond.
We are proud to serve the community of Black Diamond, Turner Valley and the surrounding Foothills.
